I can't - I swear I am going to cry. Seriously. I went to bed early last night in the hopes that I could get at least six hours of sleep... instead it just meant that instead of waking up at 4am I have been awake since 2:45. I managed a quick ten minute kip again just before my alarm went off, though, so I had a rude awakening to add to the joy!

And I have my first lesson to teach at a new school and I suspect standards with this mentor will be higher, and I have resources to prepare and a lesson to finish planning which means I have to think even though all I want to do is - well, I was serious about the crying thing.

Oh honey *hugs you tight*. I know the so-tired-you-want-to-cry feeling, it's no fun. Plan yourself a treat for when you've done with the day, even if it's just a hot bath and a good book.

If I could, I would come round, give you a hug and make you tea. Which is possibly a bit scary from someone you barely know, but you sound as though you need it.
