Somehow (you bastards) I've started watching Torchwood, and I'm not finding Gwen half as annoying as I was expecting to (yet) and seriously, what is with the roof thing, and I know Ianto doesn't get bitchy yet but he's all quiet and competent and tea-drinking and immaculate and that's quite enough for me, thanks. It's confusing, though, because I keep tripping over my mental feet. I know Cardiff, see, and their filming doesn't mesh with the actual layout of the place.

It's freezing, unrelatedly, and I've got a headache that could take down an elephant and I pout in your general direction.

The liberties they take with Cardiff's geography do that to me too. I'll be watching them quite happily chase from one place and then they'll get to the other and I'll go, "...that isn't there," and get quite distracted for a moment or two.
