I really enjoyed the season over all, but I suspect that's largely because of my involvement in fandom - fandom tends to outweigh the show, which makes me a lot more willing to forgive.
Yeah, that's exactly it for me. I no longer am watching it for the John/Rodney (or anybody/anybody - although I admit that Keller/Dex bit in Quarantine made me unexpectedly happy) so e.g Harmony mostly just made me gag. I miss Weir. I am having trouble adjusting to several new characters at once. I really hated the eps where they only had part of the team - like Harmony, or the one with Teyla and Keller wandering around, showcasing just how lame Keller was - and then, abruptly, she's no longer lame? What gives, writers? Also, I really like the Wraith as bad guys, but the replicator storylines don't do it for me. They feel kind of like old Trek.
So, I dunno. I just lost interest in the show once I lost interest in the fandom.
