Just realised how bloody whiny I've been lately. Apologies. I have decided to post a most-amusing-story in recompense. (And no, I have no idea if I'm using that word correctly).

I work in a cinema, standing at the top of the escalator and collecting tickets. I tend to cross one leg behind the other as I do so. *BIG* mistake... Somehow, I managed to get my boot caught under the retreating handrail of the escalator, which proceeded to twist my foot round in a most amusing manner. I couldn't pull it back out because the escalator was still moving. Then the escalator stopped, and I stood around looking nonchalant as the maintenance man attempted to discover what was wrong with it.

*giggles*

I am a big fool. My pain is funny. =)
