I think I've actually lost weight since I got better at cooking! That way you aren't forced to resort to frying etc, and you learn how to prepare healthy things like fish and tofu and exotic vegetables! The food sharing thing is annoying, but I tend to just find recipes that I can cook lots of and freeze single portions of, which is great, especially when I'm busy.
