I'm watching Brick, which I'd always heard good things about; high school film noir, and now I have firsthand experience I can tell you that it's incredible. Totally recommended.

That is such an amazing movie.
Joseph Gordon-Levitt has amazing taste in roles, I've yet to be disappointed by a movie that he's been in.

Oh! The guy I had a huge crush on a couple years ago rec'ed that movie to me, but then he moved away and I was all depressed and I forgot about it. So thanks for reminding me! I liked his other recs, and now you've endorsed this too, so I'll definitely have to check this out sometime. *adds to list*
