ETA: so apparently natwest are idiots. They've reversed the refund they gave me when my money was stolen because they have record of having refunded it twice, which they didn't in fact do. So now I have to phone tomorrow and desperately hope they can give it BACK before next monday, because otherwise I can't a)eat or b)move. And I can't afford to go in and talk to them in person because I don't have the bus fare.

Fucking hell.

Natwest are both evil and fundamentally incompetent. I look forward to the day I can move away from them after I've got rid my student overdraft - they fuck up too often (randomly cancelled my direct debit for rent a few months ago) and charge you for everything they can. I honestly recommend changing banks if you have the option.
