More Pterry randomness:

I walk down a very short and pointless street to get to work. It is Havelock street. And today, while wandering aimlessly, I found a company called something along the lines of "Crowley and co.". =)

1. Dude, you're taking pictures of the sign for Havelock Street.

2. How the Hell do you pronounce it, anyway?

3. If Crowley & Co. is a publisher, at least we know who the "Co." is.

4. I think I'm vaguely insulted by the idea of Havelock being short and pointless. He's been described as tall many, many a time, and it's quite likely he's bristling with points once you get into the hidden sheaths. ;)

1. I concur - though it's a not-unheard of name in...Scandanavian places, I believe. Means "Sea Competition," or something of the like.

2. Pretty much the way it's spelled, though more like three syllables than two: HA-vel-ock.

3. Aw...I like the idea of Crowley and Aziraphale setting a publishing house. Crowley would print scads of S&M homoerotica, and Aziraphale would print inspirational Chicken Soup for the Soul type books. And eventually a few pages from Crowleys books would "accidentally" find their way into one of Aziraphale's...*snicker*

4. Ah, but it's these short, pointless streets where shadowy doorways, hidden alleyways, and clandestine meetings abound. Definitely the Patrician's sort of place ;-)

Completely random: I was just scrolling back through your older entries, and-- you're reading Lucifer! Isn't it incredibly wonderful! I love Lucifer. And Mazikeen. But especially Lucifer.

...I don't suppose there's any chance of you writing Lucifer fic so I don't have to, is there? *hopeful eyes*

And, if you haven't read Sandman, yeah, you do need to. Sandman is even better.

I adore Lucifer. As soon as I get paid I'll be buying the fourth book. And I really want to slash him with Duma, which might be a little hard, dialogue wise... *g*

Or maybe Crowley?

I have a lot going on, but Lucifer slash is definitely on the to-do list. Maybe I should drabble it, to be going on with...

I Love Luci

Lucifer/Duma! *swoons* Yes, I'd say you should definitely drabble that.

But, hey, I'm not picky. I'd read Lucifer/Mazikeen. Or Lucifer/Michael. Or actually just about anything in the Luciverse *g*.

Wow!
