I feel lonely and sad, today. Some days I submerge myself entirely in my flist, and some days I feel like I'm floating on top and not able to connect. Too far away. Anyone else get that?

Way to preemptively post, LJ. let's try that again.

I always feel pretty disconnected from my flist these days, to be honest :\ I feel distant from all of my friends in general. I don't know if it's because I'm too busy, or in a weird headspace, or if maybe I just have too many LJ friends to keep up with properly. maybe one day I will trim things down and only keep the people I truly want to know better and hear about all the time. and yes, you would be one of those. I am terrible with commenting and though I think we've known each other a few years we have certainly never known each other well. But I enjoy reading what you have to say, I am happy to see you happy and always send good thoughts your way when things are rough.

I keep telling myself that I will start sucking less with people, and with LJ, but somehow it never happens. I think I'm not sure where to start. maybe this is a start? either way: much love to you, dear <3
