I couldn't afford to go to the prom, which all the staff are attending as well. I was sad. :( Then today my boss called me into her office and said that she knew I couldn't afford to go but they all really wanted me there, so one of my co-workers had gone to our line manager and persuaded him to let me go for free anyway.

I feel kinda like Cinderella.

Gonna dress like Jack Sparrow, though.
