ETA: okay, you know those caramel slice things, with a biscuit base and chocolate and caramel layered on top? I just, as an extra special treat, bought myself some gluten-free ones, and apparently there's coconut in the biscuit base? AND I THINK I JUST HAD A MOUTHGASM. HOLY SHIT.
