Today school trip to the Black Country Museum which woohoo! Previously unnoticed claustrophobia! I'm fine with most small spaces, but not being able to stand up FREAKS ME OUT, and is not helped by children being dicks with torches and mines which go on for miles so don't go wrong kids and PITCH BLACKNESS. O.O The underground canal, on the other hand, was awesomecakes, even with the low ceilings. (Dude, that mine would've made the scariest place in the world for a ghost walk. D:)
*subtly puts hood up, hunches shoulders slightly*
BUT YES. WILL NEVER GO POTHOLING. Which I already knew from reading The Beach.
I'm now exhausted and I'm getting a (probably emotionally draining) phone call from my sister later, so I'm gonna go have a bath.
ETA: for the record? I'm thankful for you guys every damn day. :)
