I too came here looking for more SGA fic and stayed for the amusing posts. I'm terrible at commenting on fic I enjoy, usually the most coherent thing I can say is wow, I have nothing critical to say about this fic, which is actually meant as high praise but not always taken that way. So I lurk.

PS I emailed your recent post about the word gay to my 18YO brother. It provoked thought, though no immediate change of ingrained bad habits.

Late for lurker amnesty day, but like the spirit of it, so thought I'd pipe up to say that I really hope you keep trying to teach kids about the wrongs of sexism and homophobia, even when it's dispiriting, as you give me hope that maybe the messages will get across one day! It's nice to read about someone actually caring and trying and I think you're going to make a fabulous teacher. Thanks for being on the front line!
