Jun. 27th, 2010 11:16 amI'm kind of wary about talking about it outside of f-lock - or in rl actually - since I haven't signed contracts or anything yet, but it would appear that I have myself a new job.
Yesterday was totally a celebration treaty day because of that. I bought myself a veggie fry-up at the local Wetherspoons, went down to Cheltenham, spent too much money and sat in a grave yard reading in the sun until I went over to Smaller's house and watched Rufus Sewell in drag. :D
Purchases:
CDs: Woody Guthrie for £2.99, feed me weird things by Squarepusher for £3.99, My Chemical Romance can't be bothered to type the title for £1.99, drukqs by Aphex Twin for a tenner because I lost one of the discs and it's gorgeous, man from another time by Seasick Steve for a fiver. :D
Books: The Pleasures of Life by Sir John Lubbock and The Father Brown Stories by G.K.Chesterton.
Not bad, and I didn't buy any tea so not completely predictable.
*grins*
I need a tweed jacket again.
