Took a break from packing to watch an episode of Criminal Minds. OH MAN WAS THAT A BAD CHOICE. Episode from the first season called Ride the Lightning; I'd forgotten how much it completely destroyed me the first time around. Am now weeping into cardboard boxes. Man, I need a hug.

Gaaaah that's the ep with the woman on death row, isn't it. That ep absolutely shattered me, the first time I saw it. Damn fine bit of TV (really one of the best bits of 1 hour drama I know of), but so harrowing...
