I'm totally in the pro-Matthew McFadyen camp. He needs to be in something with Benedict Cumberbatch so they can have an Awesome-Deep-Voice competition. Unless they've already done something together, in which case I need to see it.

Noooooo, but having looked at the cast it seems I must soon. Also, in checking imdb I see he's going to be playing fucking ATHOS in the Three Musketeers movie, which also has a lovely cast. HOORAY!

But now I have to watch Perfect Strangers and get some squeeing over his face done.

I really liked him! He did a slightly different Darcy to Colin Firth but i thought it was absolutely just as valid an interpretation. He really was a bit shy about talking to strangers and all that.
