nnyI like my new room, it's old and slightly decrepit and I'm not afraid of living in it. I haven't quite got used to the various noises yet, but I think that's partly because it's got the heating tank in the cupboard and the clickings and rushings remind me of a house I haven't lived in for 15 years, with added squeaking floorboards for variety. It's odd, but I think I like it.
And if I plan my path across the floor just right, it sometimes sounds like a whale.
