Aug. 29th, 2013 11:39 amThe great thing about doing couch to 5k is that I can genuinely see the progress I am making. Two weeks ago I was exhausted after jogging for a minute; today I did two sets of 90 seconds running and two sets of three minutes. And there lies the problem of course: it sounds so small. It felt like more than it sounds, and I am exhausted, and I am seriously proud of myself because above and beyond the physical achievements, what I am working on developing here is discipline. So this is the third week in a row that I have gone to the gym at least twice. I'm aiming for three times a week; last week was an anomaly there. I'm also working on writing every day, which is progressing with occasional lapses, and eating healthy, which is the same story.
I'm doing good.
I would also like to ask a favour:
Give me a word or a pairing and a letter.
I'm not going to guarantee that I'll show you the results, but I'll write a short story using something from the big list o' bingos.

OKAY SHOWER NOW.
I'm doing good.

I don't think I am even in enough shape to do what you've done so good on you! Celebrate your accomplishment, no matter what size!
