I am very aware that the only reason I've fallen this hard back in love with Suits is because I have stuff to do and pressures of work and it's part of a pattern of avoidant behaviour. However, I am totally spacing it out and working in between, and actually using this as a motivator.

The fact that I have to go cut my nails because I accidentally made my face bleed with flailing is the result of a mature and sensible incentive program, and I find that comforting.
