My last job was working at a university as a service desk advisor for a learning technology team, so troubleshooting academics' and students' troubles with the technology supporting their courses. Now I'm a learning technologist proper, and producing training resources, advising on the use of technologies, and researching various new technologies and pedagogies in order to better advise. It's basically my dream job, I'm enjoying it immensely :D
