May. 4th, 2006 06:11 pmIt just took me an hour and forty five minutes to get home from work. Grrrrrr. (It's about, ooooh. Five miles away.)
I am le tired, and le brain fried.
On the upside, mum rang with news of a job going in Southampton that's across the road from where I'll be living, part time (so I'll have time for work experience/driving lessons/a-level), decent pay, and in the field I reckon I'll be ending up. Gonna really try for this one. Best thing is it's only a year's duration, which means I can go on to train without having to lie to them. XD
The world is totally pushing me in a certain direction at the moment. I'm okay with this.
Oh, and since Murakami and the pirate book were tied, I chose the pirate book. And OMG DOES IT ROCK. Seriously. There is much homoerotic subtext, which just makes me happy and also wanting to make a film.
