very quick note because typing HAH um - I have. Like. Enormous pain. Like... when you have flu and your bones ache? In arms and legs. As well as abdomen. So I'll be back when I can type without resting five minutes between lines and catching my breath with the ow of it.

update - cannot move/use left arm at all ... hence no shift key ... right arm steadily hurting more. doctor tomorrow. no fucking clue how i',m gonna wash my hair.
