I'm back. Cambridge is beautiful, foreverdirt is lovely, second series of Green Wing is a CRUEL, CRUEL emotional manipulator.

For the go_exchange I wrote for bethbethbeth, who is a hugely talented writer and who therefore scared me shitless as a potential recipient. Along with the worry from that there was stress of arthritis constantly kicking in, so I had a bit of a hard time writing it and shall have to thank the mods (again) for putting up with my needing extensions. Anyway, I eventually came out with a story that I'm fairly proud of:

I don't think I've quite managed to dry out from rain throughout most of this weekend, so I'm going to go make myself more wet in a lovely hot shower and then read some feelgood fic, or something. I'll catch you all later.
