I'm all desolate; despite staying in and around Cardiff for five-ish days, I didn't manage to go visit the art gallery and see if Icarus is still there. However, I am easily cheered - my mum bought me a set of Patrick O'Brian books. As in, the first ten of the Aubrey-Maturin stories. For a tenner. How immensely rockin' is that? I'm impressed.

I really should have come back from Wales earlier, of course, because now not only am I completely loopless, but also I must strenuously tidy my room over a period of two days instead of a week. And... yeah. You haven't seen my room. Trust me on the fact that this is going to be hard work.

Oh, and? SG-1 made me cry. I didn't want it to make me cry, because crying implies a certain level of caring and I do not have the time or the energy to get involved in yet another fandom, right now. Especially since I still have to watch the BSG miniseries and first series, and there's so much Traders still to go.

And I saw an advert for Heroes, which I was so hoping to leave until later only it looks so good...
