Today. Hmm. Today I had an observation from my professional tutor, a meeting with my school mentor, a meeting with my uni mentor to discuss an observation done yesterday, I taught two lessons, one of which was with my most difficult class, I planned two cover lessons for tomorrow.
I decided to phone the school I have an interview with and ask if I could arrive a little later in order to get the first train tomorrow and sleep in my own bed tonight. They said yes. I nearly cried with relief. Hellooooo good decision.
I still have to plan the year 10 lesson I'm teaching in the interview, but it's mostly outlined in my head; then I have only Friday to plan for and teach before it's half term. I feel obliged to say 'oh baby, oh baby'.
I was considering going to London this weekend, but to be honest I'm so very shattered that I think it's a better idea going somewhere I don't mind growling at people, so I'll probably end up going home. Then I have maths, english and IT skills tests on Tuesday, a presentation to make on 'alternative concepts of literacy' on Thursday, plus sorting out and catching up on all paperwork and planning lessons for the two weeks after half term.
After which, hi, I'll be done.
After which, hi, I'll be buying myself a massage. Oh yeah.

After which? Hi. I'll be MEETING THE HEWLETTS. I had forgot, I confess. :D!!!
