(no subject)

Flatmate has been feeding me a casserole she made for the past couple of nights; vegetables with cream and cider and loads of parsley and HI MOUTHGASM. The this morning we had toasted sandwiches which contained mushrooms fried with garlic, scrambled eggs with feta and loadsa brown sauce, and I totally do not miss eating meat in any way. Apart from Christmas dinner, which totally doesn't count because I'm doing this for situational rather than moral reasons, I have been mostly-vegetarian for... 7 months? Maybe I'll put some of the better recipes we've come up with up here. Or on pollanesque.
