I too, absolutely cannot pee when anyone is present. If this happens, I mean, and it's impossible to avoid the situation, I try make sure we don't meet afterwards at the sinks and mirrors. It's too awkward, it is too much of an intimacy, to have peed within such short distance of a stranger. (I have given this much previous thought.)
