Oct. 13th, 2004 10:30 pmI put it there. It's called Marco. A little friend for you because you're SO FAR AWAY. :(
In the amazing Inca ruins they wander around in in 'the Motorcycle Diaries'. I guess. I'm not really that big on places, don't have ambitions to go to countries or whatever. I'd much rather meet people, so I guess my answer should be someplace with grand people. Someplace with you lot.
I went to see 'Saw' at the cinema last night, and met a lovely young lady who's Littlest's new flatmate. She's a huge geek, one of the one-upmanship type, but still pretty good fun. We were discussing Paul and naked, and when we got into the cinema I toddled off to the toilet and she located a mini poster for me, which was terribly nice of her. I walked home in the rain with it zipped inside my coat so it wouldn't get wet, while showing no such concern for my hair. I'm a big geek. You want me to see if I can get you one, lady?
I was drunk.
No, really drunk. Really really drunk. Almost paralytic. Ask Sophie and Sam- the poor dears were talking to me as I wandered about making a new community, laughing madly, and spelling terribly. I think it sprang from the fact that I have chracters I love that really don't have fandom enough to make an RPG about them worthwhile. So I decided to make one for everyone.
Actually? Or feeling? I think the farthest away I've been is Germany. Considering I live in England, really not so far. The farthest I've ever felt from home is being a twenty pound train fare away and being unable to afford it. Or spare the time from work. That's the position I'm in now, by the way- I've been home a grand total of four days since Easter, and I miss my mum. Next weekend. Can't bloody wait. Sometimes I need unconditional hugs. *g*
