Depends on how you define "second language learner." English is my native language, and the only I really speak with any degree of fluency. I've taken several years of Arabic, though, including an intensive immersion summer course followed by a semester living in Cairo, and gotten to the point where I could think in English-punctuated Arabic and make my halting way around. After that I took three semesters of French, and with the Arabic experience under my belt it only took me a month or so to start thinking in (English-punctuated) French without translating. Not taking either currently, but that's just because I am no longer in school; I still mutter them at family members and inanimate objects to stay in practice.
So, if that counts, I'd totally be willing to be interviewed!
