"This is the problem with LJ; we all think we are so close, and we know nothing about each other. I'm going to rectify it. I want you to ask me something you think you should know about me, something that should be obvious, but you have no idea about. Ask away."

You probably know all there is to know already, I realise this. I'm a) pretty open, and b) pretty shallow. However, any excuse to talk about myself, right?

Do I even really need to say what I'm going to ask? People should just start posting their response in the post itself.

What's your favourite play, then?

Imagine that you wake up on a normal weekend morning and someone is bringing you breakfast in bed.

What would you want it to be?

As I don't know you at all, let's start with one of my normal first meeting questions!

If you were a book, what kind of book would you be? I don't mean just genre or your favorite book. Like, would your cover be high polished leather or well worn from loving use? Are your pages cracked and torn? Are you a love story or a high seas adventure? That type of stuff.

Veeery backward, in terms of plays. Theatres are expensive, and all we ever went to wre musicals, really, and bad ones at that. I guess I always liked Macbeth, and Much Ado.

One of the wonders around now? Or one of the ancient seven?

I have ridiculously thick mid-brown hair which reaches to the bottom of my shoulder blades. In the right light it's shot through with threads of gold and read, but in the grey light of Cardiff it's just average. My face is 'heartshaped' and chubby, and I have blue-grey eyes that look green when I wear khaki. I'm mid-height, a little overweight, and thoroughly average. The hair, though, makes me feel like Hermione Granger: the college years. *g*

I'd be the kind of book that's thoroughly random, the kind that college kids see in a charity shop and buy for fifty pence because they know that it'll make someone smile. Falling apart, and probably scribbled on, and damaged, and one that makes people look at it and go... wtf? Why would someone WRITE that? And then you get the occasional person who goes yes! SO COOL! I have a lot of books like that. *g*

Avebury. Standing stones and sunlight and hills and flowers and sheep and barrows and silbury hill and a bloody nice pub and fields that stretch for miles and cats asleep in the road and, on a good day, not to many tourists, and I'm worried to go back because it's slowly getting not-as-special.
