Christmas day saw eight firemen in the kitchen, G sitting in a fire truck and using her new polaroid camera.

Boxing day saw a new oven required and food poisoning.

I'd expand on that but my stomach is protesting the upright.

Ahhh, this brings back so many kitchen disasters, including the Thanksgiving Mom put marshmallows on top of the sweet potatoes when she put them in the oven. I have fond memories of watching and going, "Uh, Mom? Were they supposed to be toasted like that? No, no, you might want to come and look."

Sounds like your Christmas was about as enjoyable (yet rather more eventful) than mine. *hugs*
