Been one of those weeks. Landlord's threatening about rent I haven't paid due to entire lack of money, and stomach has been most terribly painful lately, but we ignore. Ignore ignore. Because.

I went to Cardiff Castle, and I saw the Lord Chamberlain's Men performing Macbeth, outdoors. And it rained like buggery, and a male Lady Macbeth is a little odd it's true, but it was phenomenal. Minstrels and singing and dancing and nazgul!witches and it made everything better.

We also have a landline now, and we're working on the internet at home, which is definitely a good thing. And little sister is coming up to stay next weekend, and I'm so looking forward to it, and then I'm going home after which I'm... not so much looking forward to but we shall deal.

And today is jobhunty day, due to aforementioned lack of money. I'm going to sign up to some tempy places. I just... should go talk to the agency, but I'm scared. Which means one of two reactions - I panic, or I fall asleep.

*sigh*

Life'll get better. It will. For the moment? Yay for Shakespeare, even if Macbeth was a Shouter. Lady Macbeth was phenomenal, and General Dogsbody (the lesser known character) was terribly scruffy-cute. XD

Temping is good. Because it will provide you with a job, which you need, and the resources to hunt up a better, more appropriate job for yourself.

And yes, life will get better. Does it help that I'm feeling confused about my own stuff, too? It's okay. Happens to everyone.

I've done the temp agent thing, sweetie, it's really easy -- you just go and say you want to sign up, bring a resume of your experience, and they whisk you away for an hour or so to do a typing test and a data entry test and sometimes they ask you to file things or watch a video on safety. And then you go home and wait for them to call.

Easy peasy, almost no bravery required. *hugs*

Hope things start looking up for you soon.
