Babe, I hate to say it, but you're constantly sick. I don't think you're getting enough sleep, and if you are, then it might be time to go into the doctor and get some bloodwork done. Your immune system isn't operating on an up-to-par level - seriously, I've got friends with immunodeficiency orders who get sick less than you do - and that can be a bad sign.
In the meantime, stop making LJ entries and go back to bed, you'll get well a lot faster. And drink as much water as you can keep down - it'll do more for you than anything else. Eight glasses a day is just folklore, but when you're sick, hydrate the hell out of yourself, and it'll really get you well quicker.
I thought it was a throat-scratchy thing! And now it's a tummy thing? Ick, Nny. No fun. Please please please look into this, and take care of yourself. Glad I sent you to bed when I did.
If you don't get well, you stand a chance of losing your job.
And don't call off for a scratchy throat again. Save it for vomit-days. Go to work, and if you look bad, they will send you home. Which gives you the upper hand.
