How perfect does this film sound? Oh man, I really hope it goes ahead, it sounds so excellent! Add it to the talk on Victorian magic in December at the museum that I really need to be buying a ticket for, and I see Mr Fell related stories in my future. A crossover, perhaps. And that would be so fun.

Which is nice, because I have lost an old Good Omens story I was working on a VERY long time ago. I had a copy of it forwarded back to me a long time ago by muffinbutt, but the email address has shut itself down. Which sucks, because I rather liked it, actually. I was going to start working on it again; which I suppose I can still do. The basic idea's still there, it just needs rewording. *hopes*


ETA: another point of some interest - Matthew Bourne, who did the all-male version of Swan Lake which I, frankly, would have given a kidney to have seen, is now touring the country with a ballet of Edward Scissorhands, apparently.

See, that sounds interesting.

That movie idea sounds sooooooooo lovely. I've been reading a semi-series by Mercedes Lackey that has that sort of set up- Magic in Victorian Era, give or take. (One takes place in San Fran, so not all are in England, and the other is in WWI, so the time has more leeway, but!)

Its caused me to want to put that sort of setting into the most un-magic, "normal" movies. Like Hildago, or M&C. *shakes head*

Er, it was two bits - one pre-fall with Aziraphale drawing an angel in the dirt with a stick, and one with Crowley tempting the Bugger Alle This bloke.

I can probably recreate, but if you do happen to have 'em that'd be great. :)

Sounds like they are rushing ahead with a movie with a plot similar to Jonothan Strange and Mr Norell in order to stop that intended film from going ahead!
