Can we start today again?

I had a night full of muchly fun RP, and then when getting ready to work I managed to slip in the shower. Pulled the shower curtain off a ring or two, flailed most alarmingly, and cracked my head against the wall. Now, the thing about baths is that they're kinda... surrounding. So when you fall, it's not as though you manage only one side of your body; I have bruises on my left knee, shin, upper arm and elbow, and my right hip is sulking at me muchly. Also, hands won't stop shaking but I suspect that's a head thing. Also the nausea.

Phoned work, told 'em I wouldn't be in. Until lunchtime. 'cos I figured, y'know, nap'd do me good, be right as rain and suchlike. I slept through my alarm, and also quite a lot of phoneage, and then when I attempted to phone 'em back there was no answer so I figured they needed me.

Managed about three quarters of an hour before they told me to go away again.

So, it would appear is official: am ill.

Also, possibly: idiot.

I'm going back to bed. Pretty links/drabbles/distracty always welcome.

Um. Nny, you might have a concussion. Nausea is one sign of that. And a concussion=not a good thing to leave untreated. You may want to at least call your doctor's office, see what they say. Please.

Well, just... keep an eye on yourself, okay? Because you not waking up when there were alarms and phones and things is a bad sign, too. A concussions can have lasting symptoms, so if you feel weird for a while, and continue with the nausea, sleep issues, etc., promise me you'll call the doc, yeah? I want you healthy and whole. *hugs*
