nnyBack from A&E with a major headache, some cocodamol (or something) and instructions to go back at 9am for a CT scan.

I feel better for having gone, anyway.

Yes. More days off are in order, I'm afraid. Also the CT scan. It will not hurt, and is best to see what's going on and make sure there's nothing else going on.
It sucks to be sick, especially from an accident. But that's why they're called accidents, love-- and it will get better, in time. It just takes that time.
I will be thinking of you and will check in again as soon as I can.
