The story certainly doesn't exist from my pen, although I have bought a book on the black prince solely so I can research it. And then I put it on a shelf and haven't touched it since, but that's just a failing of mine. It's definitely something I want to do some time, and that's purely because I don't think the Black Prince would let Just Anyone stand on the arm of his chair without Serious Repercussions.
Also, sadly I've never done any English Lit past GCSE, so my knowledge of themes is quite pathetic. I am entirely uneducated and forge my way blindly through life. Huzzah! (I don't consider an english language degree to count).
No fandom is good in a way, if the right people eventually find it, because then you have your niche. And people go OOH NICHE OMG SOMEONE WROTE IT and get all excited. I used to try to find niches, which engendered the squick fest. XD

I'm not a very sexual person, IRL. I'd probably go for Paul first, but not in a pouncing way. More in a 'let me make you tea and then we can talk geekily about Many Things including Eddie Izzard' kind of way.
How long would it take you to exhaust Jake, you reckon?
