nnySo you know how yesterday I said that a year 9 focus group said they liked my teaching? Apparently they weren't even asked about me - they were asked what they think makes a good teacher, and my name came up. YOU CANNOT IMAGINE HOW MUCH I BEAMED.
It helped that the two people that told me this were both members of the leadership team, in other words people who'll have a say - should I pass the year - in whether I keep the job.
