Is there an LJ style that has a tags menu?

No, I don't want to change this LJ, because it is still the hottest thing ever. I'm just putting all of my fannish scribblings in one place, sorting things by tags.

Any ideas?

You can add one to an S2 theme layer without overmuch difficulty; that's what I did with the Milliways layout. I imagine s2howto would have a tutorial for whichever layout you choose.
