May. 19th, 2006 06:26 pmI'm at the level of tired, roughly, where I feel like I should get a tiny eye-dropper and a cafetiere and attempt to directly infuse my eyes with caffeine. I have good ideas when I'm sleepless.
My favourite part of today was probably the free donut, and the wearing-of-jeans-to-work was pretty good, too, but also up there was coming across a property which, in the field for house name, had 'THE FLAT KNOWN AS 52A'. It sounded so dreadfully ominous, I was impressed.
Paul Bettany on Jonathon Woss tonight, mahvellous.
My thought train has lost the engine. Thought caboose. Sleeping and eating facilities for the crew, sounds about right. Sounds about my capacity for thought, just now.
I don't like the fact that my brain juices are being sucked through a straw by my computer at work, but on the other hand there's money. Money? Good. You can say it's bad all you like - I've never had much of it and it allows me to buy cheese and apples and honey so I think it's good. Also, rent paying, which is definitely on the positive side. As far as my landlord is concerned. Me, not so much, but I guess I owe some compensation for making fingerprints on the wall.
You know? One day, I'm gonna say something really clever on here. And you'll all be really shocked. And I will laugh and make sculptures out of cotton wool balls.
