Johnny looked at the back of the boy's neck and hunched shoulders while Bigmac shrugged at him, 'cos Bigmac never thought about these sorts of things (although Johnny'd been kind of impressed he'd known what triskadecaphobia was, for that) and he'd only suggested 'thirteen' as a joke so Johnny just said "Yo-less," 'cos he looked like a Yo-less, and he was the one who gave the nicknames anyway.
