possibly... although I could envisage being lynched in Southampton... maybe if it involved being drunk and random? can deal with people thinking i'md drunk and mad, but bearing in mind I work in the Mitre we would probably have to be carefula bout where we did it. Haven't had a chance to read properly, at work... you want to go for a drink sometime and discuss?
me again, this is pretty much what I do anyway, find an excuse to dress up and then be entertaining in the streets... my birthday will probably be along these lines... depends how badly my grandparents wanna fuck things up :S
