I am now contraceptivated and have KICKASS painkillers. Doctor's hoping this will sort me out; I have to give it two weeks and if I'm not feeling better go back. Again.

I'm being dragged out for drinkages again. This job is ace, it's come with social life attached. It's hard work, and today I felt bloody awful for the majority of the day and left early, but it was still a lot of fun and rewarding. So I'm pretty chuffed.

Oh, and a bloke working at the library spent about ten minutes talking to me about the book I was returning, other books the guy's written, the TV show he did and how he knows someone who was vaguely mentioned in one of the books. And gave me a big grin and a wave when I left.

Is this what flirting looks like?
