nnyYou know what I want? I want geeks being geeks, in fanfic. SG:A is absolutely brilliant for this, and the interaction between Zelenka and Rodney and sekritlygeeky!John makes my little heart flutter terribly. But it would totally make my day in other fandoms, too. Like... like Remus getting hot under the collar at Sirius showing how intelligent he actually is, or Wensleydale and Brian fighting over D&D or something. I'm sure I've read loads of these over time, but if anyone should think of any, I'm on the lookout. :D
