Ahahaha. That part about my monitor dying? It's now dead. Which means no more than two hours a night on the internet until Jessops return my mp3 player money (which I seriously doubt will be any time soon) and definitely no milliways_bar. LE SUCK. I will do the applications as promised, if a little slowly, but no playing.

And it's so annoying, too, because I was actually really enjoying writing a fic. It's one of those kinda "Oh if my monitor were alive, such fic would I write," moments, which no one really believes, but in this case it is actually TRUE. Ah well - at least all I've written so far was in emails so I still have it about and can work on it down here in the... *shudders* family space.

I am DETERMINED, however, to find a bright side, and the bright side is this; now I have a completely justifiable reason to buy a purdy flatscreen monitor. Oh baby, oh baby. XD

I really really can't. BUT, if I get confirmation from Jessops that my order will be cancelled and I will get the money back (which, considering I've already had one email from them, shouldn't take long) I can use other money I have to buy the monitor. I just need the other money, so I can't use it unless I know I'll get it back. See?

...Okay, soon as I get home from work, I'm watching that part, if nothing else. Like I can say no to the rest. That whole ending... Jack is all DIE FRENCH SCUM and then WAH STEPHEN and then when he goes to meet the doctor/captain, and that guy tries to stab him from under the table or whatever it is and Jack doesn't kill him but gives him that 'nice try buddy, you'll get yours' look, and the guy just crawls back under the table.

Or I could watch it now. OR I COULD GO TO WORK. DAMMIT.
