So, okay, maybe I'm rethinking the myspace thing a little. I've run across loadsa mates from college, it's pretty cool. It will never replace livejournal because it kinda sucks, but I can see it has its uses.

I've spent most of the day today downloading and watching SG:A because I can't actually move my hips with any ease so I'm trying to avoid any and all locomotion. Getting up and down stairs is very interesting. BUT

kenovay has provided me with the most ridiculous amount of chocolate, which was rather enormously lovely of her, so there have definitely been upsides to my day.

Somehow I'm going to a metal night tomorrow. That is going to be interesting. I will start a new dance trend of stiff-limbed flailing. Aaaand now I have to go attack my room, because one of my best mates from college is coming over tomorrow before we go out and OMG it's actually shoulder-deep in crap, in here. I mean, it won't get tidy because I can't really move but at least I can attempt to get rid of all the piles of clothes, right?

*deep breaths*

Okay. I'm going in. If I'm not back in three days send a search party.
