My gmail address is unbelievably cramped and crowded and I can't find anything and never remember to respond to stuff because of the completely ridiculous archiving system I have. You reckon I should just give in and start over with a new one? It would take me the entire Christmas holiday to sort through it all because I'm very bright like that, and frankly there are other things I should be doing. I dunno. I don't know if I even like my email address anyway.

YES I AM COMPLETELY SPAMMING TODAY. WHAT'S YOUR POINT? THERE IS NO PROCRASTINATION HERE!

Option X -- You use an ARCHIVING system?

Me, I put a label on my book snippets I get, but other than that, it's lucky dip. I use the "search" function to find things I need, and it works very well. (I would love to set up an archive system, but then I'd get confused and stop keeping track of it and then my OCD would go CRAZY and so it's just best if I don't even try.)

About one in every seventy eight useful things is labelled helpfully.

And that would drive me UP A WALL. Which is why it's best that I just don't do it. *sits on itchy fingers*

I voted that you sort it not because I actually advocate you doing so (there are so many better ways to spend free time) but because I don't think you should get a new e-mail address. I ONLY JUST LEARNED THIS ONE. Hmph.

Keep the old e-mail address, delete everything older than (for example) one month, issue a blanket apology, and start over?
