nnyToday G convinced me to buy clothing I never would have considered in a million years on my own, but which actually looks pretty good on me. She's good at that. Now I have this checked shirt that will have me running around happily going 'I'm cowboy guy!' all summer. Perhaps I shall buy a hobby horse and call it Puddlejumper. (Aah, SG:A AUs. How happy you make me.)
I also spent a frankly fookin' ridiculous amount of money on cinema tickets for us to go and see Hot Fuzz again. I love the film, and I swear it was gayer this time than last, but... dude. So expensive. Looking forward to being a student again.
And then there was the bit where clearly I got taken over by aliens. I was in HMV, and then there was a blur, and then I was standing outside with S2 of House clutched in my sweaty little mitts. No idea how it happened. I think I was overcome by the fact that it was only £12, which is like 50p an episode, pretty much. (Cheaper than two cinema tickets.)
I'm experiencing something of a Due South Love Revival, though. Distracted by the utter joy that is Callum. And the fandom, too - the fandom bloody rocks. :D
ETA: Pee ess, my brother has shaved his head and now looks like a big toe. This is the funniest thing ever.
