I'm about ten minutes into the first episode and I was frankly doomed as soon as I saw the first shot, even. It just so strongly evoked the X-files it was like I'd gone back in time ten years.

Oh man, this is gonna be fun.

(I'm worried, though. Already they do not touch like brothers touch. D:)

I had a similar reaction, re: X-Files invocation. For me I was five minutes into a Season 2 episode -- then I stopped it and went to get the whole run, from the beginning.

It gets better. *BEAM*
