Thank you. I always read your posts when they appear, although I'm bad about commenting; I keep my ears and eyes open, for the most part, and my mouth shut. It's not a particularly brave or honourable way to go about these things but I'm still learning to think things through before I speak them so I always tread lightly in sensitive areas.

Personally, I would rather that you open your mouth (... use your hands?) and say something that turns out to be stupid than keep it to yourself if you have questions or comments. It's not like I know all the right answers, either.

I am still working on the idea that I can say or do stuff wrong and still be an okay person.

In my head all stuff that is wrong/stupid/careless is connected together in this big web of guilt and bad feeling that everyone can see; everything I do right is a thing I do in isolation which doesn't carry over into a lasting impression of me. It's not a realistic perception of the world but it's surprisingly difficult to shift.
